DNS.be is the registration authority for “.be” domain names.

CEPANI is mandated to establish a settlement for disputes concerning “.be” domain names by means of a rapid procedure that takes place online and that aims to do so without the parties appearing before the third party in charge of settling the dispute.

The third parties appointed by CEPANI to settle the dispute are chosen from a list of experts that is regularly updated and published on the CEPANI website.
