How to Use the FAQ / Help Interface

In this article, we explain how to use the FAQ / Help interface, which allows you to search for help in support articles produced by PlanetHoster, product documentation, community and knowledge base.

We recommend that you do your own research before consulting technical support.
We do not want to abdicate our responsibility to help you — quite the opposite. But we often have to serve customers with more complex and urgent problems than you may be facing.
A search using the many tools at your disposal may enable you to quickly find an answer to your concern. If not, Support will be happy to help.

Note: The PlanetHoster glossary contains explanations on many subjects and can be consulted to clarify certain terms.

How to Use the FAQ / Help Interface

When you go to My Support -> FAQ / Help in the menu, this interface appears:

BEnter text in the Search field and click the magnifying glass, so that help in PlanetHoster’s support articles, product documentation, community and knowledge base appear in the Search Results for: list.Click on a search result in the Search results for: list. You will be taken directly to the document in question.
