In this article, we explain how to use the FAQ / Help interface, which allows you to search for help in support articles produced by PlanetHoster, product documentation, community and knowledge base.
How to Use the FAQ / Help Interface
When you go to My Support -> FAQ / Help in the menu, this interface appears:
|PlanetHoster Forums button, giving direct access to PlanetHoster forums.
Blog button, giving direct access to PlanetHoster blogs.

Blogs URL : https://blog.planethoster.com/en/.
|Enter text in the Search field and click the magnifying glass, so that help in PlanetHoster’s support articles, product documentation, community and knowledge base appear in the Search Results for: list.
|Click on a search result in the Search results for: list. You will be taken directly to the document in question.
|Knowledge base button, giving direct access to the PlanetHoster knowledge base.

|Create a New Ticket button, giving direct access to the interface for requesting help from technical support.
