Hotmail or Gmail Users — Identifiers Not Received

In this article, we will explain how to authorize e-mails from PlanetHoster (support@planethoster.info). As a matter of fact, for a variety of reasons, some customers find it difficult to receive their login details by e-mail.

Please note that you can access PlanetHoster emails at any time from your member area, in the Communication section.

Outlook/Hotmail/MSN Users

1. Log in to your e-mail account via Outlook.com.
2. Select Settings (gear icon) -> Mail -> Junk email.
3. Under Safe senders and domains, click on Add safe sender button, enter support@planethoster.info, and then click on OK button.
4. Click on the Save button.

GMAIL Users

1. Open Google Contacts.
2. At the top left, click Create contact.
3. Click Create a contact.
4. Enter the contact’s information, particularly support@planethoster.info.
5. Click Save.
