How to Give a Remote Access to Your Computer to the Support

This article explains the Remote Access command which, if necessary, allows support to remotely take direct control of your computer in order to carry out maintenance operations and help you resolve problems with your web hosting.

This takeover is carried out securely. No information or data will be stored on our servers afterwards.

How to Give Remote Access

We usually use TeamViewer.
If he is using GoToAssist, our technician will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Here is how it works:

  1. Go to My Support -> Remote Access in the menu:
  1. Immediately afterwards, the TeamViewer application will appear in your Downloads. Open it:
  1. When this message is displayed, click on the Open button:
  1. The technician responsible for resolving your problem will ask you for the one-time code (Your ID) and Password displayed in the Team Viewer interface:
  1. In turn, the technician will send you a code, which you will need to enter into the system to initiate the connection with your computer.
  2. The technician will then have remote access to your machine and will help you solve your problem.

Do not forget to interrupt access at the end of the procedure.
