Occasionally, you may have domains pending registration or transfer due to missing information. This article explains how to provide the missing details so that the domain setup can be completed correctly.
Prerequisites
Enter the following address in your web browser: https://my.planethoster.com.
Access to Domains Pending Configuration
The list of domains awaiting configuration can be found in the Account Settings interface:

As explained in the article How to Use the Overview Interface or in the article How to Manage a Domain, there are various ways to access this list.
For example, in the My Profile -> Overview interface, you can click in three places, as shown here:

Furthermore, in the interface used to manage a domain, if the message Proceed to the registration of the domain name is displayed, you can click on You can do it here:

Finally, in some cases, a prompt may appear to allow you to configure the domain.
Entering Missing Information
To enter any missing information for a particular domain, click on the gear icon (Manage) next to the domain in question:

Simply provide all the required information and then click the Configure now button.
Domain contact details
The contact details allow you to get in touch with the domain name holder.

Additional Domain Fields
Depending on the domain’s TLD, additional domain fields may be displayed.
Let’s take the example of a domain with the TLD .ca:

Thus, for the .ca TLD, the additional domain fields are:
- The requirements regarding presence in Canada that the registrant meets (Legal Type).
- The registrant’s acceptance of the CIRA Agreement.
- Whether or not the registrant wishes to opt out of WHOIS privacy for .ca domains (WHOIS Opt-out).
