To enable identity protection:
- Login to your client area.
- Click on the My Services tab.

- Click on the My Domains icon.
- Select the domain that needs to be changed.

- Click on Domain Options:

- Enable the WHOIS Protection by clicking on the slider.
- Confirm the purchase.

Note
Please note that a 72 hour delay is required for this to be active on all WHOIS databases. It is possible that some WHOIS sites may store old information; unfortunately, PlanetHoster will not be able to force changes on these sites. This is why it is preferable to acquire the private WHOIS when you purchase your domain and not afterwards.
