Duration of the contract (period of accommodation)
When ordering, you can check the expiry date of your hosting plan. If you want an extension of several years, we invite you to contact our sales department.
An invoice generated automatically by our billing system will reach you a few weeks before the expiry of your hosting plan. To proceed with the renewal, we invite you to pay this invoice.
Move to a higher plane
When you opt for a hosting service at PlanetHoster, you can always upgrade to a higher level at no additional cost. You can contact the sales department for more information.
Refund / Cancellation
Upon cancellation, our system will provide a prorated refund in the form of a credit to your PlanetHoster account.
