Recovering a Password for the Hosting Account Login

Introduction

The purpose of this article is to help you find your hosting account login information for a The World plan or on a dedicated HybridCloud service.

Access to a The World Account

Please refer to the Login Info paragraph in the Account Details article.

Access to a cPanel Account on a HybridCloud

1. Log in to your member area at https://my.planethoster.com.
2. Go to MY SERVICES > Hostings and choose your HybridCloud.
3. Click on the WHM button :

4. Once you are logged into your WHM, search for “List” in the top left search bar and then click on List Accounts:

5. Once in the List Accounts section, you will find the list of cPanel accounts on your HybridCloud:

6. Click on the sign to the left of the line corresponding to the cPanel account for which you want to regain access and choose a new password:
