How to Recover a Password for the Hosting Account Login

Introduction

The purpose of this article is to help you find the login information for your HybridCloud account with a cPanel platform.

This article contains some information that applies only to a version of the product prior to the redesign.

For all other plans1, please refer to the paragraphs Login Info and Change Hosting Account Login Password in the article How to Use the Account Details.

Access to a HybridCloud Account Using a cPanel Platform

  1. Login to your member area at https://my.planethoster.com.
  2. Go to Billing & Payments -> Hostings and choose your HybridCloud.
  3. Click on the WHM button:
  1. Once you are logged into your WHM, search for “List” in the top left search bar and then click on List Accounts:

  1. Once in the List Accounts section, you will find the list of cPanel accounts on your HybridCloud:
  1. Click on the “plus” sign to the left of the line corresponding to the cPanel account for which you want to regain access and choose a new password:
  1. In other words, if you have a The World or HybridCloud account with the N0C platform, or a The World account with the cPanel platform. ↩︎
